Executive Chef Robin Nishizaki has a vast knowledge of international cuisine and specializes in California Progressive Cuisine. A native of Southern California, in addition to his formal training at Southern California School of Culinary Arts where he was the first student to graduate with top honors. He acquired a vast knowledge of international cuisine and honed his skills while working with some of the most prestigious chefs of today.

Nishizaki stated that "By working closely with local purveyors he and his culinary team can select the finest meat and fish and farm-fresh local and seasonal produce which they can prepare to perfection and that he feels it is imperative that food should be artistically presented." He enjoys showcasing market-inspired seasonal menus and using herbs from the hotel's garden and "pushing the envelope" with innovative dishes on his wine and beer pairing dinners.

ERIC'S offers over 20 wine selections by the glass as well as an eclectic mix by the bottle with a focus on California paring well with our cuisine and ERIC'S bar is well-stocked with single malt scotches, premium vodkas, gins, tequilas, rums, bourbons, and more.

 

The Happy Hour at ERIC'S is a HAPPENING Scene. We offer tables in the bar area and on the outside "garden terrace". From 4-7:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday*, a number of items on the bar menu are offered at 50% off their usual price. Prices are also reduced on house wine, well drinks and domestic beers.
